In this beginner class, we will:
• Learn or review, sewing machine basics
• Start with a basic Japanese knot bag for small projects
• work with zippers and make a small zippered bag
• make a sustainable project by reusing our scraps to make face cloth/reusable makeup remover
• work with knits and make underwear!
My goal is for students to gain confidence with different techniques and fabrics, so depending on class time we may not be able to complete all of these projects but will be able to sample these techniques!
