Lisa Rivera

Lisa first learned to sew at age 10 when she tried to convince her mom she could absolutely use woven fabric to make a T-shirt (it didn’t work out) and was the only person in her high school who actually wore her home economics project at school (it still didn’t work out). But she persisted and took up sewing again and joined classes at the Hill Institute and loves to sew clothes for herself and her daughter and now wears her “me made” clothes whenever she can.
