Refund Policy

Force Majeure – Should Hill Institute be unable to run all scheduled classes due to a Force Majeure event, an event which could not be predicted nor avoided even if all normal and appropriate measures had been taken, Hill Institute will neither offer partial refund, nor partial tuition credit towards the enrollment of future classes.

In order to be eligible for a refund of the tuition, the student must notify the school administrator within 24 hours of the first class meeting that he/she is withdrawing from the course. If, however, the tuition relates to the spring semester AND the student preregistered for the spring semester, the tuition will not be refunded or transferred to a different section or a different course.

If the course is cancelled due to low enrollment, the student will receive a tuition refund.
