The youth class is designed for children between the ages of 9-12.
This is a hands on class in which you will learn the basic use of the sewing machine, ironing, how to read a basic pattern and markings, layout, pin, cut and sew a project. We use Janome sewing machines that are great for the beginner as well as advanced sewers. This process of creating a three dimensional object from a flat piece of fabric will open up a world of creative possibilities as well as give you valuable skills to last a lifetime. This class for both beginners and advanced.
