Never tried quilting before but want to find out if it’s your hidden passion? Want to grow your skills alongside other aspiring quilters? Whether you’re a sewing novice or making your comeback to the maker community, this Beginning Quilting class will demystify sewing machines and many common quilting tools, fabric preparation, steps of the quilting process, as well as teach you how to read quilting patterns. In this 101-level, introductory-style session, we will be making a table runner or wall hanging from beginning to end over the course of 10 weeks. No quilting experience necessary. All material lists will be provided prior to class.
