Prerequisite: To be eligible to take this workshop, you must have previously taken a class with Beverly Duncan.
With specimens on hand, we will follow the practices of accurate drawing, interesting composition, and painting in watercolor. We will review botanical nomenclature, color mixing, and painting techniques. Emphasis will be on developing a more complex composition using more than one specimen. At the end of each day, we will review the class work, to encourage a critical eye.
The workshop hours include a half-hour lunch break.
