Whether you are thinking about purchasing a DSLR or have one you have yet to utilize fully, this three-hour workshop is for you!
We shall thoroughly review the digital camera body in detail through visuals and handouts. We shall also explore how fixed lens or interchangeable lens might benefit your individual type of photography. We shall briefly review the great features of camera specific, free software, that allows you to tweak your photo a little or a lot.
You are encouraged to bring your equipment to class and time permitting, we shall address particular questions you have. We also hope to review some aspects of the phone camera and what its possibilities may hold as a stand-alone camera or an aid to composition for the dslr.
If you are contemplating purchasing a dslr, we shall discuss some bodies and lenses that will not break the bank.
While this workshop is not a prerequisite for the Nature Photography class, the knowledge gained here will give you a great head start to get the most from that ten-week course.
